Supply Partner Onboarding Requirements If selected to become a Varley Group Supply Partner, you’ll be required to review and agree to the following documents as part of the onboarding process:
- Supplier Ethical Sourcing Guiding Principles
This document outlines our expectations regarding labor standards, human rights, health and safety, environmental responsibility, and anti-corruption practices. View document. - General Terms and Conditions for the Procurement of Goods and Services
Details the contractual terms governing our procurement activities and the responsibilities of both parties. View document.
Next Steps for Approved Supply Partners If your application is successful, and you’re selected to become a Varley Group Supply Partner, we’ll request the following documentation to complete the onboarding process:
- Supplier Set-up Form: This document enables us to establish your business details within our internal systems for procurement and payment purposes and is provided to approved new suppliers via our Accounts Team. Our Accounts team will also require a copy of the top of your Bank Statement or Blank Deposit Slip. Note, our Accounts team will call to verify your bank details as part of Varley Group’s policy and procedure.
- Certificates of Insurance: Includes proof of applicable insurance coverage such as public liability and workers’ compensation.
- Compliance Certifications: Any documents demonstrating your alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
