Stability Testing System
Key Features
- The test stand makes it possible to verify theoretical assumptions and calculations regarding minimum stability
- Determines the actual safe stability factor and specific vehicle maximum tilt angles.
- This test stand can also determine roll characteristics based on chassis stiffness, and estimates lateral acceleration.
Applications
- Stability tests of agricultural trailers, truck trailers, tank trucks, emergency service vehicles cab chassis etc.
- Tilt bed testing tests the truck angle at which it can drive on a slope without tipping over.
- Testing may include operation of vehicle systems such as boom or water cannon operation.
Specifications
- The test stand consists of a frame, 1-side platform tilting system, hydraulic tilting system, protective equipment, parameter recorders including angle and force
- The maximum tilt angle possible on this tilt bed is 45 degrees
- Suitable for light and heavy vehicles.

Jeff is an experienced leader with proven track record of delivering a strong customer focus and business financial results, through strong leadership skills, business strategies, Best In Class Methodology, System Optimisation Program Implementations, financial management, multi-project management, strategic planning, LEAN manufacturing and supply chain end-to-end optimisation.

Mark brings over 40 years of manufacturing experience, working with local, national, and global firms, including government and private sectors. He leads our SEM Fire and Rescue division in Ballarat, Victoria.
Wayne Moy

Wayne Moy began working with Varley in 2008 as the Defence Production Manager. Since 2014, he has been the Tomago site Production Manager and recently became GM of the EMC division, overseeing the production, sales and management of Varley’s electric vehicles.
